Registering a whole squad?

Skip the one-by-one form. Download our Excel template, fill in your players, and upload it here. The template has dropdown lists for gender, parish, club and school, and formats the date of birth for you, so nothing gets rejected.

Download the template

Open it in Excel (or upload it to Google Sheets). One player per row. Pick gender, parish, club and school from the dropdowns, and type the date of birth the way you normally do. An example row is included; you can delete it.

Upload your completed file

Choose the Excel file you filled in (.xlsx). You don't need to convert it. A CSV file also works. Up to 500 players per file.

Medical forms (optional)

Have medical forms for some of your players? Add them here, separately from the spreadsheet. Only add the players you have a form for. PDF, JPG, PNG or Word, up to 10 MB each.

Choosing several files adds one line per file and fills in the player's name from the file name (e.g. Jane Brown.pdf). Check each name before uploading.
